Product Returns
If the product is defective, the Buyer must inform the ww.boomtortai.lt administration of the quality issues within 12 hours. The Buyer can report any defective products via email at boom@boomtortai.lt.
Once confectionery products are ordered on the website, they are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is damaged during transport upon delivery.
In all cases of returns, the Buyer must first contact the specified contacts and only proceed with the return after receiving instructions from the store manager.
Food products that are of inappropriate quality can be returned at the place of purchase. The Buyer must submit a written request and the product to the seller. The request must specify the product’s deficiencies, and the purchase document confirming the purchase from this seller must be attached.
If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary purchase confirmation document, the product can only be exchanged with the seller’s consent.
In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the food product’s quality, the Seller, upon receiving the Buyer’s written request, must contact the State Food and Veterinary Service in writing within 3 days, and inform the consumer of the results as soon as they are provided by the service.
Costs associated with the quality testing of food products are covered in accordance with applicable laws.
