1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) are a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller, defining their rights and obligations.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed of such changes on the online store’s website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits the product order in the online store, after familiarizing themselves with these Rules.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store’s operation, stability, and security or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior warning.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make the online store services available to the Buyer according to the conditions established by these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased products to the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with these purchase-sale Rules.

4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered products due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller has the right to cancel the Purchase-Sale Agreement, informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller must return the payment within 3 working days.


4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right mentioned in clause 5.2, the Seller is obliged to return the money to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the day the returned product is received.

4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product is returned or until the Buyer provides evidence of sending the product back, depending on which happens first.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products from the online store according to these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase-sale agreement made in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date.

5.3. The Buyer can only exercise the right in point 5.2 if the product has not been damaged or significantly altered in appearance, and if it has not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased products and accept them in accordance with the procedures specified in these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the products at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the products at the Seller’s request.

6.3. Upon delivery of the products, the Buyer must check the condition of the package and products together with the Seller or the person delivering the items.

6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase-sale Rules and must adhere to them.

7. Product Prices

7.1. Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery fee (if applicable) is added to the total product price.

8. Ordering and Payment for Products

8.1. The Buyer selects desired products in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After finalizing the cart, the Buyer provides necessary personal details for order completion (name, address, phone number, and other relevant information). The Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to the rules and submits the order.

8.2. Payments can be made via electronic banking services from Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadelė, Šiaulių bankas, Apple Pay,  Visa/MasterCard payment cards or Stripe. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt and Stripe payment platforms.

9. Product Delivery

9.1. The Buyer must provide the exact delivery address when ordering products.

9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the products. If the Buyer cannot accept the products but they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot make claims regarding the delivery to the wrong person.

9.3. The Seller delivers products according to the delivery timeframes specified in the product descriptions.

9.4. The Seller is not responsible for color, shape, or other product discrepancies due to the Buyer’s monitor settings.

9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, the Buyer will be refunded the total amount paid, including the delivery fee.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Rules are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. These Rules and the relationships between the parties are interpreted and governed by Lithuanian law.

10.3. Any disputes arising from these Rules will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled according to Lithuanian law.

10.4. The parties are exempt from obligations if they cannot fulfill them due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
